The Career Pace publications are authored by Bob Gerberg, who is among America’s foremost authorities on job hunting. He and his many partners who license his creative work and products have helped manage thousands of job campaigns, and contributed to the system he has pioneered.
Over 30 years he has authored hundreds of audios and short videos, and dozens of books including The Professional Job Changing System... $100,000 and Above, and 15 New Rules for Job Hunting Success. He also authored TAPIT, The Personal Marketing Program, The Executive Job Changing System and others.
Many of these have been used in outplacement programs by groups such as the U.S. Marine Corps, the CIA, and Fortune 1000 corporations such as Kellogg, Warner Lambert, Exxon Mobile. CitiCorp, Novartis and many others. In total, more than $750 million of his publications, audios, videos, resume and outplacement services have been sold worldwide by firms with whom he has partnered.
After college, Bob became a U.S. Air Force officer, and worked in consumer product marketing, including positions with GE, Honeywell and Pep- siCo. After being a VP of Marketing Services, he was supported by venture capital from several board members, and has been in employment for 30 years.
He has a BA from Colgate University, a year of studies in the United States Air Force, an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh and advanced studies at MIT, sponsored by PepsiCo.
